The above rates are per chalet per night. They include breakfast as well as vat.
They exclude other meals, items of a personal nature and transfers to and from the lodge.
Babbler, Jacana, Fish Eagle and Lilac Breasted Roller sleeps 2 guests and the Kingfisher Family chalet sleeps 4 guests.
Booking terms & conditions:
Deposit 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation
Payment Payment for accommodation in full is required 30 days prior to arrival
Payment for extras can be made at the lodge by cash, traveller’s cheques or Visa/Mastercard
Cancellation 25% of fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
50% of fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival
100% of fee if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival
No Show 100% of fee

Should the deposit/pre-payment not be received within the time-frame specified, THAMALAKANE LODGE reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Child Policy
Children are welcome at THAMALAKANE LODGE.
Children under the age of 2 will be at no charge.
1 child under the age of 12 is permitted to share a chalet with their parents and will be accommodated on a mattress or a camp cot. They will attract a supplement of P20 per child.
When there are 2 children under the age of 12 an additional chalet would need to be booked and the chalet rate will apply.
12+ years will be considered an adult for the purpose of this document.
Babysitters are available, please contact reservations for the cost. Children’s menu is offered.
Check in/out times.
Check in time is usually from 14h00 and check out time is by 11h00. These can be flexible, please contact the lodge if you require different timings and we shall do our best to accommodate you if possible.
Reception is manned from 07h00 to 18h00 any arrivals or departures out of these times need to be pre-arranged with the lodge.
